Kathy Poet, creative, nature lover and Body Poetry Yoga instructor Kathy's love for yoga and its transformative benefits came from a solid practise of vinyasa yoga over the past 10+ years. She combined her love of nature with her passion for yoga in the inessence nature yoga program. This unique program is designed to shift your state of being from 'thinking & doing' to 'feeling & being' through appreciation of the beauty of nature and poetry woven into immersive sensory yoga experiences. Kathy is now navigating life post corporate career as a human being (rather than a human doing) and is devoted to inspiring soulful living in harmony with nature. |
