Find your zen in a soulful seaside yoga session 

Be guided to shift from 'thinking & doing' to 'feeling & being' in an immersive sensory experience that is Body Poetry Yoga. 
Stemming from the vinyasa and tantric yoga traditions, in this unique program you will reconnect with nature and in doing so remember your true nature - calm, centered and steady.

These nurturing yoga sessions for women are held in the seaside women's sanctuary that is the McIver's Ladies Baths, Coogee – the perfect spot for a post yoga dip! ​​ 
​
​Each 60 minute session includes breath practise, meditation and an energising vinyasa slow flow culminating in savasana rest with shiatsu assists. ​All levels are welcome but some yoga experience is beneficial. Sessions are tailored to the group. 
​
inessence nature yoga is an ideal antidote for anxiety and stress – the perfect tonic in your self care routine.

Regulars 5 class pass - $100 + bf (valid 6 weeks - individual use only)
Fees include entry to the Baths.
Registrations essential via humanitix 

In the instance of wet weather, your registration will be transferred to a future session of your choice (or recieve a refund). If a session is cancelled, you will be notified by text no later than 1 hour prior.
What to bring:
Bring your own mat, water bottle and sunscreen.

​Kathy (350 hr YTT) is a nature loving creative writer whose love for yoga and its transformative benefits came from a solid practise of vinyasa yoga over the past 15+ years. ​Kathy has combined her love of nature and poetry with her passion for yoga to craft the ​inessence nature yoga program.

​Kathy continues her studies in pranayama breath practise, nervous system recovery and ecotherapy.

​Kathy is now navigating life (post an all consuming corporate career) as a human being (rather than a human doing) and is devoted to inspiring soulful living in harmony with nature.
